Co-owned and established in 2024 by three experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, Momentum 360 is a family-based business operating from rural Victoria.
We offer a wide range of services, including the development of Positive Behaviour Support plans, consultations, training for practitioners, and dedicated family support. Specialist Behaviour Support provided by Momentum 360 aims to enhance the quality of life for individuals who display behaviours of concern.
Our approach is firmly rooted in a strong commitment to human rights and person-centred practices, ensuring we create lasting momentum for individuals and families alike.

Katie
Co-founder and Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Katie is a dedicated PBS practitioner with expertise in the NDIS sector since 2019. She has over twenty years of experience in working with children, youth, and families as well as Adults with complex backgrounds.
As a co-founder of Momentum, she is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and those in rural and remote areas. Katie is committed to upholding high standards of ethics and accuracy, driven by her strong belief in human rights and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
Claire
Co-founder and Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Claire is a passionate PBS Practitioner who understands that every individual is unique. Being a co-founder of Momentum 360, Claire has worked in the NDIS sector since 2020, as well as bringing 18 years prior experience working in the health industry supporting both children and adults with complex backgrounds in rural and remote areas. Claire works closely with her participants and their support network, enabling each person to feel the best version of themselves.
Outside of work, Claire loves an adventure – whether that’s exploring new places, running up a mountain or creating memories with her loved ones.
Richard
Co-founder and Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Richard is a co-founder and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience in the field since 2020 and a background in the NDIS sector since 2017. He began his career in education, specialising in behaviour and welfare. Richard supports a wide demographic of clients but is particularly passionate about helping adolescents reach their full potential.
Originally from England, he enjoys an active lifestyle and has a strong interest in sports, especially soccer, Aussie Rules, golf, running, gym and fishing.
Alanah
Positive Behaviour Support
Practitioner
Alanah holds an undergraduate qualification in Psychology and has experience working in education support, disability and neuropsychological research.
Alanah brings with her a unique perspective, combining her lived experience as an AuDHDer with her expertise developed during her psychological studies. Alanah values building connections and working collaboratively with individuals, their families and their support networks.
Outside of work Alanah enjoys connecting with her community, reading and is currently trying to learn tennis and golf.
Bree
Positive Behaviour Support
Practitioner
Bree holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master’s degree in Mental Health. She has gained valuable experience working as a support worker, as well as in the family services sector, where she has supported children and families to navigate challenges and build resilience.
Bree is passionate about empowering individuals to create meaningful change in their lives, promoting overall mental, social, and physical wellbeing regardless of their circumstances or environment.
Outside of her professional work, Bree enjoys spending time with family and friends and engaging in personalised craft projects using her Cricut.
Erin
Positive Behaviour Support
Practitioner
Erin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Postgraduate Degree in Primary Education, providing her with a strong foundation in child development, learning, and behaviour within structured environments. Her background in education has equipped her with extensive experience supporting children with diverse learning and behavioural needs.
Erin has 10 years experience working with children and young people in both individual and group settings, implementing structured teaching approaches and strategies that support skill development, emotional regulation, and independence.
Erin is highly organised, adaptable, and committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
Erin is passionate about supporting individuals to build skills, increase independence, and participate meaningfully in their everyday environments.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys travelling and has visited over 28 countries. She loves spending quality time with her daughters, reading, and exploring new restaurants.
Jess
Administration Liaison
Jess brings over 15 years experience in early childhood education, holding both a Certificate and Diploma in the field. She has a strong passion for supporting children’s growth and development, and values building meaningful connections with families.
For the past three years, Jess has worked in administration supporting NDIS clients, where she has gained valuable knowledge in navigating systems and providing quality support.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, keeping busy with family life and creating lasting memories together.
Kristi
Positive Behaviour Support
Practitioner
Kristi is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who lives amongst the trees in the Great Southern of WA. She’s a highly qualified professional whose experience with learning and behaviour stretches across decades,
continents and cultures. She holds a Doctorate of Education and usually a kangaroo (registered wildlife rehabber).
Kristi’s favourite song is ‘Know Your Enemy’ by Rage Against The Machine. A combination of karaoke, study and experience gives DrB a of strong sense of social justice that forces her to challenge the status quo, particularly when it comes to education and human rights.
DrB is highly skilled at decoding fancy language and making stuff easier to understand. She embraces positive change and works hard to help others get where they want to go.
Maddie
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Maddie completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2014 and has since worked across a variety of medical environments, gaining a broad range of clinical experience and knowledge. Maddie has a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
In her role as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner, Maddie draws on her nursing expertise to develop practical, evidence-informed strategies that empower participants.
Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her family and getting outdoors, especially exploring nature.
Tahnee
People, Operations &
Compliance Lead
With a strong background in education Tahnee has dedicated her career to helping children, families, and individuals. She spent over 15 years in early childhood education as an educator and centre director, developing strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of family and community needs.
For the past five years, Tahnee has worked in the disability sector, focusing on client liaison and compliance. In this role, she combines her organisational strengths with her passion for supporting individuals and families.
Away from work, Tahnee enjoys family time, staying active and seeing her children embrace new adventures.

Momentum 360 is a dedicated team of Behaviour Support Practitioners providing services to clients throughout Australia, utilising both virtual and in-person methods to ensure accessible support for everyone.
Our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners can visit you at home, school, workplace, or another community location to provide the necessary support and care. In certain areas, we also have clinics available for those who prefer to visit us. Additionally, we offer services through telehealth for your convenience.
